On the Move!

Benjamin at almost 10 months is kind of crawling,

and starting to stand with a lot of help!

If baseball ruled the world...

Watching the Memorial Day parade with Grandpa...
a fun tradition from Sarah's childhood that
Thomas now looks forward to each year.

Later that day...at the sectional baseball game.

Another day. Another game. And another win! Go PENN!

Happy Birthday Grandma!

Grandma Galiher turns 5o.
Lisa and Uncle Ryan entertain the kids.

We celebrated Grandma's birthday Mexican Fiesta-style over the weekend.
It was delicious, and wonderful to spend time with all the family! By the time we headed home, way past bedtime, the boys were exhausted and snoozed happily the whole ride home.
Happy birthday Grandma- we love you!

Baseball Buddies.

The youngest guy on the team.
New buddies- Thomas with friend, Tyler.

Coaches and kiddos.
There was a great idea a few years ago to make a jersey for each of the smallest Penn players (Thomas and head coach's grandson, Tyler). This year, Sarah and fellow baseball coach's wife, Sally decided to finally make it happen. Last week, we went out and bought the material and supplies needed to make the jerseys for the two little guys. One week later, and many laughs later, we completed the task. The boys debuted their Penn Baseball uniforms this weekend at a game in Portage. It was adorable. And the two little guys became fast friends- playing ball and running around together. That jersey better fit next year too! Maybe Benjamin will be able to wear it?

Sesame Street LIVE!

We took Thomas to Sesame Street LIVE last week (compliments of Grandma and Papaw Galiher. Thanks!). Thomas had a blast at the show- he took in the whole hour and a half show without any complaints, and just one potty break. It was so much fun watching him sing, dance and clap to the music. Of course, the most exciting part of the day might have been when Aunt Judy bought him an ELMO balloon. One week later, ELMO is still hanging around our house.

ELMO! Who's Big Bird anyway? ELMO!
Thomas and cousin, "Kenzi" Wilson taking in the show.

After the show. Two happy kids.
The whole group- Sean, Thomas, Grandma,
Beth and Kenzi, Aunt Judy, Mamaw, and Aunt Cindy.

Sunny Florida Fun!

Stroller Buddies- Benjamin and Nathan
Two brave (weary) moms

Last week Sarah took the boys to Orlando, Florida for a week of fun and sun! Sister-in-law, Annie, also braved the trip (without husband) with her little Nathan. Despite the crazy looks we received in the airport, and the terror on the faces of the people we sat near on the airplane, the travels went very smoothly with two moms and three little kids. Once in Florida, we met up with Grandpa and Grandma May, and the Maxson clan. Whew...what a relief! It was a wonderful time, topped off with absolutely beautiful, sunny weather everyday. Thomas loved, loved, loved going to the swimming pool- most mornings he would get in his stroller, and sit in his suit with his bucket of water toys, waiting to go swimming again. Oh, and the earplugs did not give us one problem- yay!
