Merry Christmas!

This fall, prayers were answered when Sean's dad accepted a new job...in Texas! So this was our last Christmas (and holiday) at Sean's childhood home in Griffith. It was really special. Almost all of his extended family gathered on Christmas one final time. We were able to spend time with both of Sean's grandmothers too. We will miss his parents when they make the permanent move this spring, but it just gives us a really good reason to vacation to Texas!

First SNOW!!!

Good thing we live in a place that gets a lot of snow. The boys LOVE the snow...eating it, throwing snowballs, building snowmen, and of course, sledding!

Andrew at 1 month

Andrew, Sean, and Benjamin taking it easy
Andrew is really a big baby for us...he loves to eat! Unfortunately, he is not such a fan of sleeping, but we are working on it. Here he is at one month and growing...
Thomas likes to comment on what a "cutie" Andrew is...I have to agree.

Thomas is FOUR!

I just realized that for a short period of time, I was mother to a 3 year old, 2 year old and a newborn. That sounds a bit crazy. Perhaps that is why I have been such a blogging slacker lately...

The weekend of Thomas' 4th birthday, Heidi came to visit and help out with the boys. It ended up being a gorgeous, sunny and warm November weekend. The boys were delighted to have a visitor to play with, and Aunt Heidi really chalked up some awesome auntie points. They went to the zoo, McDonald's and played outside on the swings, and inside doing games and other fun stuff. She even baked a birthday cake, and decorated it with the boys! Wow- thanks Heidi for all of your help! Also, to everyone who came to help us when Andrew was still a tiny baby and sent gifts, cards, and congratulations...we appreciate you all, and are so thankful for each of you in our lives!
